A note from the founder
I spent part of my career at Apple and the last decade working in property management. I also own rentals. The same question kept coming up: why does software for something as important as housing have to feel this complicated?
OpenQuarters came out of wanting something better — calm and useful for the owner, clear and professional for the resident, and disciplined enough to do fewer things well instead of adding complexity for its own sake.
Housing comes with enough stress already. The software should be a source of clarity, not more of it.

Request access, and we'll onboard you personally. Ari, the founder, gets in touch. If it's a fit, you receive a one-time invite code. This is a conversation, not a signup.
A few beta notes
- This is early software, under active development.
- Online rent payments are not available yet. During beta, owners record payments they have received.
- There is no Terms of Service yet. A formal agreement comes before general availability.
- Beta is free, with no pricing commitment in either direction.
- Keep your own records. Do not treat OpenQuarters as your only copy of anything.
Private by design
Each account's data is kept separate from every other account's, and resident documents are scoped to the household or person they belong to. These rules are built into how OpenQuarters works rather than left as settings someone has to configure.
